Project Details

The George is a residential project where exterior amenities help establish the character of the property from the first approach. 4G Paving installed a flagstone pathway and patio, outdoor turf areas, a padded turf area in the gym, and a shuffleboard court, creating amenity spaces that feel both functional and elevated.

With architecture by Burkhart Elliott Creative, the project carries a refined residential character supported by thoughtful site and amenity work. The use of native blue/grey flagstone, SGW Turf, and a VersaCourt shuffleboard system adds texture, usability, and a polished experience for residents and guests.
