Marque Collection Suites is an upscale luxury condominium development built around the luxury car scene, combining private ownership, high-end design, and automotive-focused lifestyle spaces. The project called for an exterior finish that matched the refined character of the development while supporting the daily use of residents, guests, and vehicle traffic.

With design by KSA Architects and civil engineering by Crafton Tull, the property reflects a premium approach to both architecture and site presentation. 4G Paving installed a permeable paver system using Keystone Eco Porta in Granite, creating a clean, durable, and visually sharp surface that also supports stormwater management across the site.

The finished hardscape reinforces the polished arrival experience of the property, providing a high-end exterior surface suited for a development centered on luxury vehicles, private suites, and elevated commercial-residential design.
