Project Details

The Pendergraft Building is an award-winning mixed-use development at the corner of Drake Street and Gregg Avenue in Fayetteville. Recognized with the 2024 Urban Guild Design Excellence Award for Mixed Use Architecture and the 2023 ABC Arkansas Excellence in Construction Award, the project reflects a high level of design coordination and construction quality.

With architecture by Nequette Architecture & Design and civil engineering by CEI Engineering Associates, the building brings together residential, commercial, and streetscape elements in a thoughtful urban setting. 4G Paving installed interlocking concrete pavers throughout the walkway, patio, and porte-cochère areas using Indian limestone pavers and Keystone Holland in Charcoal, helping complete the site with a refined and durable exterior finish.
