Project Details

The Current is a large urban residential project near the heart of Fayetteville, where outdoor amenities are a central part of the resident experience. 4G Paving completed a broad exterior package that included the rooftop pedestal paver patio surrounding the pool and spa, outdoor grill stations, firepit areas, rock garden beds, second-floor courtyards, permeable paver areas, an outdoor amenity patio, dog park features, and bike rack installation for 140 bikes.

With architecture by Antunovich Associates and civil engineering by Kimley-Horn, the project required a high level of coordination across multiple amenity spaces and finish types. The material package included Unilock Arcana on the rooftop, Unilock Treo in the courtyards, Unilock Beacon Hill in the amenity area, Dero bike racks, Hanover rock curb, Paloform fireplaces, SGW Turf, and Danver grill stations. The result is a layered, high-end exterior environment that supports recreation, gathering, pet use, and everyday urban living.
